Club Leader

Heather Theisen is a space enthusiast, a member of the Davis Astronomy Club, Sacramento Valley Astronomical Society, and The Planetary Society, and is a former Space Camp participant. This club was inspired by a virtual space class her son has attended and a NASA lesson she led for her son’s second-grade class. She hopes the club will engage young space enthusiasts in ways that foster a curious and resilient mindset and help prepare them for the opportunities of tomorrow.
